The villa had a charming terrace and cozy living area that made mornings delightful. Beds were incredibly comfortable, providing great nights of sleep. Gym access was a huge plus, and we appreciated the pool area, which was perfect for relaxation. The arrival experience was a standout – we were greeted with a personalized welcome note. On the other hand, the Wi-Fi connection struggled at times, making it hard to stay connected. Additional kitchen tools would have made meal prep easier. I felt the location was a bit remote. it took us a solid 15-minute walk to reach the nearest neighborhood, which wasn't very well-lit at night.

oh, where do I even begin? the WiFi was absolutely, unbearably unusable, cutting in and out like a bad relationship. and don’t even get me started on the saltwater shower struggle—more like a drizzle. as a special guest, I expected at least a complimentary drink, but guess that’s too much to ask!

new hotel, clean spacious rooms, free parking
A diesel generator runs 24/7 creating unsettling loudness!!! Power outages leave guests without electricity or hot water!!! Restaurant frequently out of order!!! Consider management's responsiveness!!!

The private terrace was a perfect spot to enjoy the sunrise with a morning coffee, providing a beautiful start to the day.
Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi connection was quite unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected or stream anything during our stay.

Had an amazing trip with friends! We loved chilling by the pool and the staff was super helpful. Don't miss out on Cenote Calavera and Cenote Crystal for some fun. Overall, it’s a great spot for a group getaway, and the atmosphere is perfect for relaxation and bonding.
The location is a bit off the beaten path, so be prepared for a 15-minute walk to the nearest neighborhood, which is poorly lit at night.
